Time2Track allows you to enter and store information about your experiences. You may subscribe to Time2Track independently or through a partnership with a member organization. A member organization could be your educational institution, supervisor, or employer. Depending on your subscription, you may have access to different features and your information may be shared in different ways.
Time2Track collects your personal information in order to communicate with you about your account and our services.
Member organizations may need to collect personal information from you through Time2Track to assess your attainment of program or graduation requirements, meet institutional reporting requirements, and communicate with you.
We may sometimes need to use your personal information for other purposes, including protecting our legitimate interests in maintaining the integrity of our service. Our member institutions may also use your personal information to protect their legitimate interests and safeguard others. How we collect your personal information
We collect most of your personal information directly from you when you enter it in Time2Track. Member organizations may also use Time2Track to collect information about you from you or others, including your supervisors, faculty members, educational institutions you have attended, or your employers.
How we share your personal information
We are based in the United States of America. Any personal information you provide is transmitted to, and stored in, the USA. We may also transfer your personal information to:
1. Member organizations. When you subscribe to Time2Track through a partnership with your school, supervisor, or employer, your personal information will be available to them. When you subscribe to Time2Track independently, your personal information will be available to the organization you select during the signup process. All data entered in Time2Track will be available to the organization you choose in your Time2Track profile, which you can change at any time. For historical reporting purposes, data you enter in Time2Track will continue to be available to the organization that was listed in your profile at the time the data was entered.
2. Supervisors. Depending on your subscription, you may have access to share your personal information with your supervisor if you choose to do so. Supervisors have access to the data you choose to send to them through Time2Track.
3. Third party service providers. We engage third parties, including our web hosting provider and payment service provider, to help us provide you with the Time2Track service. We may provide your personal information to other Partners, but only when you request that we do so. We may also share aggregated and anonymized data derived from your personal information with third parties for research or statistical purposes.

How long do we keep your personal information?

Your rights
If you are based in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland, you have certain rights with respect to your personal information. These include the right to receive a copy of it and to require us to erase it in certain circumstances.
