Hide inactive students

After many requests from our users, we have recently added the ability to “hide” inactive user accounts from the list of students in the institutional panel (doctoral users only).  ”Inactive” accounts refer to student accounts that are expired.  Administrators can also choose to export data for only the active users in their panel.
