Our developers have been hard at work improving Time2Track based on feedback from our users. Here are some of the updates and new features that we’ve added in the past few weeks.
Activities: Activity types are in alphabetical order under each category, making them easier to find.
Activities: The system now remembers your last used level and setting to make logging hours even quicker.
Activities: We added a List view to make it even easier to interact with your activities.
- Confirm pending activities in bulk.
- Filter your activity list to find and edit specific activities.
- Delete activities in bulk.
Activities: We added new icons to denote pending activities and scheduled activities.
Clients: Client codes for individuals, couples, and families have been increased to allow up to 6 characters.
Reports: You can now filter the AAPI View by date and setting.
Reports: Name and date added to printer friendly view.
Features Currently in Testing
These features are currently in the testing phase and will be available in the next couple of weeks.
- Reporting enhancements for Masters account level users.
- Demographics Summary for reporting specific demographic information.
- Bringing back the graph that compares your totals to the high and low averages of APPIC applicants.

I think the new site is great. A couple suggestions. I liked that the old site summed up both assessment and intervention, so you could easily see total contact hours at a glance. Also, would love to have a batch change option. Just in case someone mistakenly labeled all her hours as Masters level for the first year, and now has to go back and change them one by one. Otherwise, it’s a great improvement. Thanks!
Hi Emily – thank you for your comment! We’re very glad to hear that you like the new version of Time2Track. To answer your questions:
- You can view your totals for Assessment, Intervention, Support, and Supervision as well as your Grand Total at the bottom of the Activity Details report. We’re going to be adding some goal tracking tools in the near future, so we will keep your suggestion in mind as we work on these features.
- A batch edit tool for activities is high up on our list as well, especially with the Supervision changes that APPIC made to the AAPI last year. This is something that we’ve had a lot of requests for and are working on the best way to implement it. You may want to wait to change any hours until we get this tool in place
